**************************************************************************************************************************II In seasons when we aren't producing an Ice Show, Silver Blades hosts an Open House event in December. It typically features performances by our synchro teams, a group number from our Preliminary skaters, the debut of a select few solo and ice dance programs that our Junior, Intermediate and Senior skaters are readying for competition, and a family skate to cap it all off. This fun club event is a great way to help our skaters become more comfortable with performing in front of an audience, and it’s also very inspiring for our CanSkaters to see what their future in figure skating could look like.
